Well it is the night before I leave and my back is being very stubborn, still pretty wonky. I think Lou is more anxious about my impending departure than I am. The maternal instinct kicking in. Apparently, as she is telling me, I can't take Reactine with muscles relaxants. Who new eh.
Almost time to dig in to a good feed of Lou's Chicken Ketchup which is left over from Sunday.
Have borrowed a pack from son Andy and have the weight down to about 17.5 pounds which is great.
Thinking of heading to Chaing Mai where I have a friend who I met in India and Nepal. He is a constant backpacker from the US and has been on the road for over 11 years.Might stay a few days and rest the back. So now nothing but last minute reviews like where's my passport, wallet, money, ticket, what time to leave in the morning........
